Ezinne O. Ukpai is the Head, Human Resources, and Company Secretary of Maritime Microfinance bank Ltd. She is a Legal Practitioner and member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA). She is a student member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), and she is a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. Ezinne studied Law at Abia State University, Uturu, and BL at Nigeria Law School, Abuja.

She served as a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member with the legal unit of the Board of Internal Revenue (BIRS), Makurdi, and Benue State.

She worked with Ezeogbuefi Ezeogbuefi & Associates and J.O Oluel & CO, Law Firms before her appointment as the Company Secretary of Maritime Microfinance Bank Limited.

Ezinne O. Ukpai is a mature team worker, enthusiastic, adapts to all challenging situations, jovial, and easy to work with.
