Head of Operations

Mr. Udoh Edidiong Samuel is the Head of Operations of Maritime Microfinance Bank Ltd. He holds BSc in Business Administration from Ambrose Ali University Ekpoma in Edo State. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Finance and Control of Nigeria (ACIFCN). He is a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

He has over 14 years of banking experience in Credit and Marketing, Operations, and Finance. He started his banking career with Standard Trust Bank of Nigeria Plc (now United Bank for Africa Plc) in 2003 as a Teller and Customer Service Officer.

He joined Afribank Plc (now Keystone Bank Ltd) in 2007 as Business Development and Credit Officer from where he was later moved around the bank in operations and internal control departments up to 2012.

He is one of the pioneers of Maritime Microfinance bank Ltd since its inception in 2015. He joined the Bank as a Finance and Administrative Officer and was later redeployed to Head Credit and marketing department in 2017. He was transferred to the Operations department as the head of operations in 2019 as a result of his excellent performance and wealth of experience in the industry.

He has attended several pieces of training on banking operations and Relationship management.
