OPEN A CORPORATE CURRENT ACCOUNT WITH MARITIME MICROFINANCE BANK
Below are the documents required when opening a corporate current account:
- Scanned copy of specimen signature duly completed
- Scanned copy of Certificate of Incorporation
- Scanned copies of forms C02 and C07 gotten from the Corporate Affairs Commission
- Scanned copy of passport photograph duly signed in jpeg format
- Scanned copies of 2 independent and satisfactory references. Referees must not be a staff account holder
- Scanned copy of board resolution authorizing the account opening
- Scanned copy of valid means of identification (either international passport, driver’s license, voter’s card, or national ID card)
- Scanned copy of address verification document (utility bills) e.g., PHCN bill, water rate, or LAWMA bill
- Scanned copy of Resident Permit of signatories (For foreigners only)
